How to book

Tokuheian accommodates wholesale lease. Since it is only one group reservation until March 2019, check the vacancy date with the above calendar and make a reservation from the form below.

After accepting the reservation contact, we will contact you shortly, after the payment of the deposit, the reservation will be confirmed.

Tokuheian-Hinoki will be open in the spring of 2019. After spring, we will accept two groups of reservations on the same day. Selection of accommodation destination will be in order of reservation, so please contact us if you want.

About check-in

〇 Check-in time:  15:00 – 21:00.
If you pass after 21:00, please be sure to contact us.

〇 When traveling by car please let me know what time you expect to arrive.

〇 When ypu come by bus, please let me know which bus you will catch from JR Kyoto station. Then I will pick you up at Shuzan bus terminal.

About cancellation

We will charge a deposit (5,000 yen) to be paid at the time of reservation as cancellation fee.

As a rule refund will not be accepted.

Accommodation costs may be depending on the season.
